We carry out lighting calculations to determine the correct sizing of the future Solarspot® natural daylighting system, based on each customer's requirements.
We use specific statistical data on outdoor illuminance levels for the relevant geographical area and, in more complex cases, employ dedicated lighting simulation software to support the design process.
olarspot® has been designed to stand the test of time. In the event of damage caused by exceptional circumstances, individual components can be replaced without having to replace the entire unit.
Solarspot International offers its customers a dedicated spare parts service, supplying the individual components needed to restore their Solarspot® system to full working order.
If the replacement work cannot be carried out independently, we will be happy to put the customer in touch with an available qualified professional who can perform the necessary work.
Our sales network includes qualified external professionals who provide customers with both preliminary and on-site technical support, as well as a comprehensive on-site installation service, wherever feasible.
